I am a New York based photographer . I've loved photography ever since I was young . In my house we had many books on photography and the two that I looked at and that influenced my vision the most were of the Troubles in Northern Ireland and of the Civil Rights Movement in the South. When I moved to NY, I was introduced to Louis Stettner, Roy De Carava, and Saul Leiter. These photographers broadened my vision of the world around me. Currently, I'm using equipment that encompasses everything from the latest Canon equipment to a vintage Speedgraphic camera. I photograph my surroundings unaltered, and capture people in their everyday endeavors of life, with respect and dignity.
